Created detailed 3D models for design development, client approvals and visualisation ahead of construction on a sustainable residential conversion.
What we did
We developed coordinated 3D models of the proposed conversion, capturing structure, fabric and key assemblies to support design decisions and planning dialogue. The models underpinned accurate visuals and allowed stakeholders to understand the design intent clearly before committing to build.
Outputs included still imagery for client sign-off, package-ready views for contractor review, and model exports aligned with the project’s material palette and sustainability goals.
