Supported the contractor with full BIM coordination, clash resolution, 4D logistics planning and COBie data handover for this new community-centred school.
What we did
We established a federated BIM workflow across disciplines, running structured clash cycles and managing issues to reduce site risk and rework. 4D sequencing supported logistics and staging discussions, aligning designers, trades and client stakeholders around programme and access.
We also prepared clean COBie outputs for handover, ensuring the model data was compliant, consistent and ready for facilities management. Visual assets were produced to aid approvals and client communications throughout the build.
