What we did
Hillside Designs supported the contractor in delivering BIM throughout the refurbishment programme. Clash detection, 4D planning and issue resolution ensured smoother site operations and fewer risks during construction.
We produced 4D simulations, visuals for progress presentations, and exported structured data for COBie handover. All model updates were coordinated with live construction progress to keep outputs current and aligned.
